Choose the correct weights for your model: FIT: individual weights are 1/2 pound and one fits per pocket. If you buy a 5 lb vest you will have 10 empty pockets available to load to the 10 lb maximum capacity. Hyperwear TACTICAL Flexible Plates: are offered in pairs of 6 lbs and 9 lbs trapezoidal shape plates. You can full adjust the weight of the plate by removing and adding 1/2 lb individual weights that are included. The rectangular 10 lb plates are compatible with the Hyperwear TAC tactical style weight vest and only sold with the TAC vest and not sold separately.
