Learn how to make a custom Valentine's Day ice cream cake like a pro!  We'll teach you how to make the a madagascar vanilla cake that provides the foundation of the cake, then layer on 2 ice cream flavors and a variety of garnishes/toppings on top.  The best part is that you will take your ice cream cake creation home to enjoy!  We will also do a quick tour of our production facility and a demo of how to make our ice cream. *Each class can have a maximum of 20 students.
