Human Mobilized Peripheral Blood CD34+ Stem Cells (MPB HSCs)

CD34 is a glycosylated transmembrane protein and represents a well-known marker for primitive blood- and bone marrow-derived progenitor cells, especially for hematopoietic and endothelial stem cells. CD34+ stem cells are multipotent and can give rise to all cell types in hematopoietic system.  Additionally, CD34 cells are responsible for all lymphohematopoietic lineages even though they comprise only a small portion of the cell population. Our Mobilized CD34+ cells (HSCs) are isolated from mobilized leuko paks using positive immunomagnetic cell separation procedures.
