Original hand painting Water colour on paper . Acrylic mahogany colour frame with glass . The mountains in various moods as I see them. From afternoon with the sun overhead to night with the snow reflecting moonlight to dawn with the orange hue and finally to sunset with the colours fading. Whenever I paint Himalayas I have a feeling which cannot be measured. There is no currency to buy happiness, there is no metric to calculate joy in, there is just the feeling that exists, which eases the passage of time, and is the seed of the tree of nostalgia. I painted this while trekking in Hampta Pass Lahaul, Himachal, India . It is at a height of 4287m ( 14065 ft ). I trekked to this place and was awestruck by its beauty. It was bitter cold with less oxygen challenging me to the core. I decided to paint . Made by Hands with Passion.Art of painting watercolourhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rsuGTkQWFcQ&list=PL9jmjQ5lEF6ENlxyz6kI6VpFYspSh2OB6&index=16
