Dijon mustard, or "Moutarde de Dijon" in French, is a traditional mustard of France, named after the town of Dijon in the Burgundy region. Dijon was the center of mustard making in the late Middle Ages and was granted exclusive rights in the 17th century.  Bon appétit!   Difficulty:  Prep time: 5 mins / Servings: 10 servings - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -  Dijon Vinaigrette 1 tbsp (18g) - Dijon mustard 1 pinch - Himalayan salt 2 tbsp (30ml) - Apple cider vinegar 4 oz (115ml) - Olive oil ½ - Lemon - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -  We advise that you prepare all the above ingredients before starting. You will typically need: a scale, measuring cups, mixing bowls. Dijon Vinaigrette 1 - Add the Dijon mustard, the Himalayan salt, and the apple cider vinegar into a large mixing bowl, with the help of a spatula. Emulsify the vinaigrette by whisking until well combined.
