In the test, 5V is sent through the cable. If the indicator on the other side shows less than 4.75V is arriving, then it won?t charge well, and the cable is scrapped as non-functioning. AQL Bend Test: Machine bends the cable in the center approximately 10,000 times to check for stress, strain, and cracks in the casing or wire. Never use any cable with a damaged sleeve or casing. Any cable that is cracked or damaged in the center is a fire hazard.
