Interchangeable Address Plaque DIY Kit

Item is cut out of 1/8" and 1/4" MDF.  This Interchangeable Address Plaque comes with holes at the top for hanging. Pieces are unassembled and unpainted. Please give the house numbers in the order notes.  Select with or without the wreath rail addition. This section at the bottom is for attaching a standard rail so you can change it out when you change out the seasonal or holiday accent.
