Varietal: Sangiovese Ultra-traditional, ultra-delicious Sangiovese from a guy who will absolutely be considered a “cult” Brunello producer soon. This is a serious bottle, it needs a few hours of decanting, but when it gets going WOW is it delicious. Fairly full-bodied, jam packed with ripe red and black fruit, hints of smoke and forest floor. The texture is outstanding and the wine goes on forever. One of my favorite new additions to the shop. - M.A.
