This cushion is the direct replacement for AirChime K-Series horns and should be installed if the original cushion is damaged. Each K-series bell has 2 diaphragms and 1 diaphragm cushion. We do sell diaphragm kits as well which will have all three pieces needed to fully repair a bell.
