Also includes a free Canine Health Record to record your puppy vaccinations and comes in a polystyrene foam cooler (only 1 cooler per order). When to use this kit... Use this kit on puppies between 6 weeks and 6 months of age or any dog with unknown vaccination history. Solo-Jec 5: 5-Way shot includes - Canine Distemper, Adenovirus Type 2 (Tracheobronchitis), Hepatitis (Adenovirus 1), Parainfluenza, and Canine Parvovirus (CPv or Pv) Vaccine (MLV) 5-way protection for any dog including puppies and small breeds. Inject one (1) dose SQ or IM. Repeat dosage 3-4 weeks later. Annual re-vaccination with single dose is recommended. Puppies vaccinated before 9 weeks of age should be revaccinated every 3-4 weeks until 14-16 weeks of age. DO NOT USE on pregnant dogs.
