Scrappy square dance quilt

It already looks like an heirloom quilt with its eclectic collection of fabrics and crinkly coziness that appears once it has been laundered the first time.This handmade quilt is made from all cotton: cotton front, cotton batting, and cotton backing.The front is made of 192 strips and 13 inset squares. Some fabrics are repeated, but you get a large variety of cotton prints on this one. If you are a Kaffe Fassett or Denyse Schmidt fan, I spy a few of their fabrics in there!The back of this quilt is made from a vintage woven plaid and four coordinating prints. I used a sweet, muted, coral floral print for the double-fold binding.
