This beautiful headband comes with a beautiful 2.5" navy blue shabby chiffon flower and a 2" navy blue chiffon flower with rhinestone and pearl center, secured to a 3/8" GOLD or SILVER glitter elastic headband. Our headbands are felt backed for your little love's comfort. Headband Sizing: Preemie - 12" Newborn - 13" 0-3 Months - 14" 3-6 Months - 15" 6-12 Months - 16" 12 Months and up -17" Adult - 18" All sizes are an average and if you would like a perfect fit, please measure around the head and subtract 1" from the measurement.
