You’ll begin class with a brunch classic – a must-have mimosa – and gluten-free banana muffin with whipped coffee butter appetizer. Then roll up your sleeves and get ready to bake! Chef Miranda has much to teach you as you make a decadent gluten-free coffee cake and two kinds of light and fluffy scones – a gluten-free cheddar and chive scone that’s savory and a gluten-free lemon blueberry scone topped with blueberry compote that’s sweet. Whether you’re a seasoned baker or just starting your gluten-free baking journey, this class will inspire you to create mouthwatering brunch treats that are sure to impress!
