(stove, slow cooker, pressure cooker).   Prep & Cook Time Instructions Ingredients/Nutrition Info Hands on time: 0 minutesCooking time: Slow-cooker 6-8 hrs (low) or 3-4 hrs (high). Pressure Cooker: high pressure for 55 minutes (1.5 hours total) Stovetop: Heat a large Dutch over or other heavy pot that has a tight cover to medium high heat, empty the entire contents of the bag into the pot. Roast on medium high for 15 minutes, reduce heat to medium low and cover with the lid. Braise for about 3 hours, basting every 30 minutes with the pan juices, until the beef is fork tender.
