NOGUCHI TABLE 1939 Designed originally for MoMA 1947 Introduced by Herman Miller - Love of ‘Biomorphism’ - naturally occurring patterns Produced in walnut, birch & cherry. Later in ebonized walnut. Birch discontinued in 1954. Herman Miller ceased production in 1973 - and the table became an instant collectible. Herman Miller reissued it in 1980 with a limited edition of 480 tables.1984 reintroduced for ‘Herman Miller Classics’ in production ever since.
