Friday, July 18th, 2025 6:00pm-8:30pm Celebrate the flavors of summer with a hands-on dim sum experience that’s equal parts vibrant, savory, and refreshing. In this workshop, you’ll learn to make a crispy Vegetarian Spring Roll with sweet chili dipping sauce, build bold flavor with Taiwanese Three Cup Chicken, and prepare a refreshing Cucumber and Five Spice Duck Salad that is perfect for warm-weather entertaining. We’ll end on a bright note with Mango Sago, a creamy tropical dessert. With expert instruction and a menu full of seasonal flair, this class brings the joy of Chinese small plates to your summer table.
