Introducing our newest and most limited offering: A5 Japanese Wagyu Ground Beef. Put aside any comparison to grocery store ground beef because this is in a world of its own. The iconic marbling of Japanese wagyu lends a buttery texture to the ground beef that adds an element of luxury to whatever dish you prepare. Since Japanese wagyu is rich, we recommend using the ground beef to make a dish with smaller portions. We opted to make gyoza and Niku Miso (pictured), which is intended to be served alongside rice or noodles as a side. The main course is usually our bread and butter, so this is a refreshing opportunity to get creative and bring that gourmet wagyu touch to even more dishes.
