16IN TENSION TIE

The HTT is a high-strength solution for resisting tension loads in post-pour, wood-to-concrete connections. This heavy, single-piece formed tension tie is fastened with nails or Strong-Drive® SD Connector screws. The HTT has a four-ply formed seat and a design without rivets that does not require washers. The HTTH6.5 heavy tension tie is an ideal solution for residential construction as well as light-framed wood commercial buildings. Tested per AC 155, the HTTH6.5 is the first nailed-on holdown to achieve up to 7,650 lb. allowable load, making it an economical solution when heavier loads are required.
