I work like a house elf in the kitchen, every year, to turn delicious, seasonal fruits into these tasty jams and jellies! LEMON CURD has a bright, fresh lemon flavor in a smooth, thick curd base. Tastes amazing inside cakes and cupcakes, on toast, or over ice cream or cheesecake!Completely handmade in artisanal small batches, I start each curd with simple ingredients, and handcraft every batch. Each glass jar is then carefully filled and waterbath-canned according to US national guidelines to sterilize the glass jar and ensure the jelly remains shelf-stable until it's time to open and enjoy! Our smooth curd is lump-free, and naturally GLUTEN-FREE too! Each jar has a colorful lid-topping label, and an ingredient label on the back.
