Overview This harness is designed to interface with existing KEY200.4 harness installations.  The harness daisy-chains in at the KEY200.4 input connector and provides a connector for the subwoofer of your choice.   Note this harness uses the left and right front speakers for the subwoofer input to pick up the full-range audio signal.  The signal is picked up on the input side of the KEY200.4 so that you can incorporate filters on the KEY200.4 without affecting the subwoofer input.   Expansion Harness Kit   You must have already purchased and installed a KEY200.4 harness for this harness to work.  It cannot be used as a standalone product. Harness Length All subwoofer harnesses are 20' in length.  This allows for installation virtually anywhere in the vehicle.   Install Kit Options   The subwoofer must be powered directly from the battery or a portion of the power distribution system.  The current draw is too high to power off an existing circuit in the vehicle.
