Rules of Romance Flutter Sleeve Tie-Back Romper

There is something a little vintage about this romper that takes us back to the 50s! The color of course is one thing, but even the linen-like material has us gasping at how throwback, yet modern this romper is! It is perfect for spring.  Nikki's Notes: This romper is a bit on the shorter side for my girls who have booties. If you like it like that, then rock it! I wore a size medium in this and it fits a little snug, but I didn't mind it. I am 5'5" and 150 lbs, If you carry weight in your stomach and weigh more that than me, I would go large. I really like the neckline and how the ties connect to it and then wrap around!
