Description: The badge overlay allows this target to be used as a Shoot/ No-Shoot target for civilians, government, military and law enforcement organizations. This target was primarily designed to simulate an undercover officer, case officer, or friendly intelligence operative who is under duress and sounded the alarm to supporting personnel. In such a situation the responding personnel will have guns drawn as they move in. The officer under duress may have her gun out as well potentially creating a blue-on-blue situation.
