Come out to the farm and learn with Fat Dragon Farm’s Vicki Otmani the basics of canning & preserving. This event is on November 9th from 10am-11:30am.  Workshop includes: A handmade jar of salsa or apple pie filling (your choice) Hand carved jar opener  Knowledge & lots of bonus goodies!  There will be an interactive "lecture" on canning and plenty of time for Q&A! Light refreshments will  be served.
