Ingredients: Chaste tree mature fruit, Roundleaf greenbriar root, Astragalus root, Goat's rue aerial parts in flower, Lady's mantle/lady's cloak aerial parts, Cinnamon bark, dandelion leaf, Oregon grape root & fruit, Saw palmetto fruit, Desert ceanothus root Other ingredients: water, alcohol, vegetable glycerin, citric acid  DosingLuteal Phase: Begin at ovulation and continue until the end of the next menstruation.  Maintenance support: 2 dropperfuls by mouth two times per dayGeneral support: 2.5 ml (1/2 teaspoon) two to three time per dayAdvanced support: 5 ml (1 teaspoon) three times per day Typically time on the Luteal formula is 17 to 21 days per month and time on the Follicular formula is 7-11 days per month.
