Chicken tikka masala, or chicken pieces (tikka) served in a tomato cream sauce, originated when a Bangladeshi chef in Glasgow had a customer who thought his chicken dish was too dry! This spice kit includes black cardamom, their 14-spice garam masala, fenugreek, and Kashmiri chili powder, providing that elusive "restaurant flavor."
