Transfers can be pressed on garments that are 100% Cotton, 100% Polyester, cotton/poly blends & tri-blends.   Approximate size in inches: 9.5 x 4.3    Pressing instructions: Temperature: 300˚F Pressure: Medium to Heavy Pressure Pre-press your garment for 5-10 seconds at 300˚F. Press the transfer for 7-10 seconds at 300˚F Allow the transfer to cool before peeling       Post-press your transfer for 5-10 seconds For a gloss finish: use teflon paper For a matte finish: use parchment paper (Commercial style heat press is highly recommended)
