Gold Half Birthday Tutu Outfit

We use new Carters brand bodysuits and add a super sparkly gold glitter heat set applique and our original signature heart on the backside. The headband is a (2.5") pink shabby chiffon flower with a hand sewn gold pearl center and gold glitter ribbon spikes on a skinny pink elastic headband. The tutu is the perfect shade of pink made with layers and layers of soft fluffy tulle, with pink glitter tulle accents and a gold bow. Our tutus are made with top quality tulle that is securely sewn in place with a soft elastic waist band. They measure 7"-8" long, this length is the best for the fullest skirt. Sizes are as follows- all sizes are unstretched measurements, there is 2-4"+ of stretch.
