
Lobbing Scorchers Hot Sauce
A sauce made in collaboration with the Lobbing Scorchers podcast! We started with green tomatoes roasted low and slow, concentrating their flavor for a deep umami base. We added a blend of green peppers - shishito, Anaheim, and Serrano - along with garlic and radish for bite. We let everything ferment for a month and finished with mustard and coriander, along with a blend of our own Riesling and Honeycrisp vinegars.It’s savory, it’s addicting. Bright with a medium heat, it feels like Tomatillo Poblanos spicier cousin. It’s especially good on breakfast burritos and would be an amazing sandwich addition!
