Sabro is the result of a unique cross-pollination of a female Neomexicanus hop. It was released in 2018. Sabro is an aroma hop that is typically used in only late boil additions, including dry hopping. The Sabro hop has complex and distinct fruit and citrus aromas. It also has a unique blend of tangerine, coconut, tropical and stone fruit flavors underscored by hints of cedar and mint. Sabro proves to be a strongly expressive hop that translates its flavor incredibly well into beer.
