Straight out of Moxee WA, El Dorado® was released in 2018 by CLS Farms. Cooler growing climates helped create a uniquely fruity flavor, as well as great bittering and aromatics. The high alpha acids, oils and resinous properties make El Dorado® a superior variety for intense tropical fruit flavors, including pineapple and mango paired with aromas of pear, watermelon, stone fruit, and candied fruit. It has been widely used in wheat beers, pale ales and IPA’s.
