AU Galaxy HB Hops

A dual purpose hop, Galaxy® is one of the most utilized Australian varieties. Famous for it's bold peach and citrus aromas Galaxy® is a great choice for IPAs, NEIPAs and pale ales. This variety can be used for bittering additions, but excels when used for aroma and flavor specifically later in the brew process. This variety pairs well with Citra® and Mosaic® and will easily bring forward an intense tropical character to any beer it's used in.
