Beating Heart of Magic

I thought I was dreaming.  Apparently, I was wrong about that, because when I woke up I was still clutching the piece in my hand that was given to me while I was "sleeping."  Ever since my transformation, this happens to me, though.  Sometimes I will be sleeping and I'll just we whisked away to a foreign place and encounter some of the strangest things that I've ever seen.  This time it was a cave with strange green glowing lights illuminating the whole place.  I don't know if this was somewhere in space or maybe it was Middle Earth.  I really couldn't tell you.  All I know is that I was in a cave, with fluorescent green lighting that was smearing on the cave walls like paint.  In the center of the cave there was something glowing, so naturally, I walked toward it a bit and noticed that there was something like a beating heart laying on an elevated slab.  I neared it and with each beat of the heart, I was drawn into total hypnosis.  Before I realized what was happening, two arms extend
