Oracle of Delphi

The site of Delphi is located in upper central Greece, on multiple terraces along the slope of Mount Parnassus, and includes the Sanctuary of Apollo, the site of the ancient Oracle. These mountains were sacred to Apollo and the Corycian nymphs, and it was the home of the Muses. Made of limestone and abundantly covered in gorgeous plant life, these mountains are not only a huge part of the history of Ancient Greek mythology, but an unbelievable work of art.
