size 1/8” Another beautiful species from the Cyriocosmus genus. From the Loreto region of Peru, this species has become scares over the last decade from when it was once quite common. One of the larger in the genus reaching 2 inches as adults. Easy to keep terrestrial species. Although babies can be quite small, they will scavenge on pre killed food, along with cricket parts. Described in 2016 by Radan Kaderka and named after Hans-Werner Auer who discovered them.
