UP Michigan Prehnite Ring Size 7 in Solid Silver

The stone in this ring is a natural pink prehnite that I found in the UP of Michigan a few years back. We find most of our prehnite snorkeling which when the water is warm enough is truly a magnificent experience. Michigan prehnite ("pre-night") is a natural copper bearing stone. The pink color you see is from micro copper flecks within it. Stones of this type are fairly rare and small so you don't often see them in jewelry. It's a beautiful stone that's not very well known so odds are good that you won't know anyone else who has one. This ring is a set size 7. I made the setting from solid sterling and fine silver using recycled silver as well.
