Please be sure to recycle the metal tin.  Each Conditioner Bar is 3.0 ounces About 30-50 washes depending hair length, usage, and storage **the tin is for storage and shipping only and should not be used after your bar is wet as the tin will rust** How to use: Run bar over the length of shampooed hair. Use hands to work through all of your hair. Rinse thoroughly.
