Join us and Katie from Dozy Doats (Cottage Kitchen Baker in Easton, MA) for a fun collaboration event on Sunday, April 27th 2pm. Event is at Hammer and Stain South Shore 594 Washington Street, South Easton MA 02379. WHAT TO EXPECT:  This workshop is designed with the beginner in mind to introduce the steps of making and maintaining a sourdough starter, introduce the terminology used in recipes, and we will walk through the steps of making a loaf of bread start to finish. You will learn how to use all of your senses in this hands on class where you will see, smell, and touch flours and doughs at the different stages in bread making. Cost of the class includes the workshop, mature starter to take with you, and a loaf of dough to bake at home!
