The resin used is an FDA compliant resin, giving your pen a very nice glass finish and keeping the decal from peeling off from every day use. All resin items are handmade, and some imperfections might appear, but will not affect the functionality of your pen. It would rather add a uniqueness to your glittered, resin pen, and not all pens will look the same. However, pens will look similar obviously if you choose a different font, then it would give your pen a whole different look.
