BC039_English: Roles and Responsibilities - The Recorder

The Recorder is responsible for gathering, consolidating and presenting information during a crisis event to ensure that knowledge and decisions are stored, shared and implemented. At the End Point of an event and as the crisis moves into a transition and recovery phase the Recorder must create an Event Dossier to gather and archive all data.
