Dime-sized piece of frontis has detached and stuck to the title page, no hole, but a round scuff mark. 56 unnumbered pp., pages clean, full of b/w illustrations. Good. Hardcover. Cover title: Mother Goose: Rhymes, Chimes, and Jingles. A charming book of nursery rhymes with dozens of illustrations. Those illustrating the letters of the alphabet appear to be earlier Victorian-era woodcuts; others appear to be contemporary with the publication of the book.
