Includes the covers for this period in color and many chromogravure plates, some double-page. This early edition differs somewhat from the later ones that we have in stock. The general title page is in color rather than b/w, with 1889-90 on the front, but this contains the matter for 1890. We think it lacks two of the covers, February and March.  Good. Hardcover. This is a bound volume of the illustrated magazine published by the newspaper Le Figaro. It was one of the most beautiful magazines of the time, lavishly illustrated with color lithographed covers and plates, and with color illustrations and decorated pages.
