Our goal with the STM32G031 Core module is to develop one of the lowest cost Cortex-M0+ development boards on the market.  The STM32G031 is part of the ST Value series of microcontroller and is the simplest micro controller to work with as it comes with a very easy to solder SO8N footprint.
