Ready to cook spice mix Manufactured By: Rasoi Magic Foods (India) Pvt Ltd. Country Of Origin: Product of India Ingredients: Cashew nut, Milk solids, Rice flakes. Sugar, Iodized salt, Chilli, Coriander, Tomato powder, Fenugreek leaves, Paprika oleoresin, Spices & condiments. (All spices in ground form). Cottage Cheese In Creamy Tomato Sauce : Paneer 200g, Tomatoes 250g (4 medium size), Milk 150ml (1 cup) Method Of Preparation: Mix the entire pack of spice mix to 1 cup of milk. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan. Add tomato puree and fry for 2-3 minutes. Add spice mix paste & cook for 2-3 minutes. Add paneer cubes and 1/2 cup water and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
