Playing Cards ~ Eames "The Little Toy"

Originally released in 1952, The Little Toy was designed to inspire creative construction through a series of colorful panels, wireframes and connectors. For playing cards, the components were used to create a minimal numbering system where the small connectors act as edge markings for quick reference. Eames Playing Cards come in a letterpress-printed tuck case printed on sustainable paper using vegetable-based dyes. The design of the box references the famous home built by Charles and Ray, a creative base where they lived for many years. Made in the USA, printed on FSC Certified cardstock.
