Thomsonite Set of 6

These little gems are formed in a similar to process to agates. They start out as trapped air pockets within volcanic basalt and fill with prehnite and minuscule pieces of copper. It is only found along the north shore of Lake Superior. They feature pinks and green colors and are some of the prettiest stones out of the Great Lakes.
