This Langhe Nebbiolo features vinous and peppery flavors, alongside notes of small red fruits and fragrant violets. Its solid and muscular structure is balanced by a refreshing finish. The grapes for this wine are sourced from vineyards near Barolo, and undergo fermentation in open oak vessels, followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. After 10-12 months of ageing in large old oak botti, it is ready to be enjoyed.
