The Velvet Underground & Nico - RARE '67 Emerson/East Coast/Mono Torso Cover w/Unpeeled Banana LP (VG+ Jacket/EX Media)

Beautiful, rare MONO copy of The Velvet Underground & Nico. Verve V-5008, 1967 original stock copy with Emerson, East Coast pressing. Vinyl is in EX condition and has just been professionally cleaned but was found in really exceptionally clean condition as if it hadn't been played much by original owner (see photos of vinyl, any glare in highly reflective photos is NOT damage). Jacket is VG+ with cutout drill hole and some ring wear and minor corner ding and some staining to the white cover. No seam splits or conspicuous wear. Banana is intact but about 1 3/4" peeled, torn off and re-attached at some point in its history. The rest of the banana has not been peeled. Spine and inside of gatefold and rear cover have much less wear. Labels are EX as well, no spindle marks, no writing. Original inner sleeve is intact, no splits.
