Edward Boot Cognac Ecbatana
The Edward boot has larger quarters and slightly different details, such as smaller hardware and an extra eyelet, creating a dressier feel than the Diesel. Badalassi Carlo's Ecbatana Lux uses the same raw material and vegetable tannage as their classic Minerva article. After tanning, distinctive markings are hand-tooled by two leather finishers. Color is then applied by hand, producing an intense contrast highlighted by the dark marks throughout the hide. In person, the leather is striking and guaranteed to age beautifully with its vegetable tannage. Due to its handworked nature, there is significant variation from hide to hide, creating genuinely one-of-a-kind footwear.
