DR99 "The 2013 vintage started with a dry spring with mild temperatures. Bloom was even and bountiful with no rain or large heat spikes, which allowed for ideal fruit intensity and balance. An excellent match for braised short ribs served over creamy polenta, violets and medicine box aromas dominate. In the mouth it has a dried rosemary character and chewy tannins which give this wine plenty of stamina for years to come."
