It is made from a blend of Malbo Gentile, Lambrusco, Marzemino, and Spergola grapes grown organically and biodynamically on clay and limestone soils. The winemaking process involves a short two-day maceration on the skins, which gives the wine its vibrant, red-tinged color. The wine is aged in stainless steel (inox) barrels, allowing it to retain freshness and crisp acidity. It is unfiltered and made with minimal sulfites.
